The really good service from the staff stood out, especially the complimentary airport pick-up, both prompt and convenient. I also enjoyed the friendly ambiance and the lovely breakfast options, including delicious sandwiches.
The bathroom could use improvement.

My stay was decent with Value for money & supportive hotel staff. The employees were cordial. The venue was in an incredible location, in congested area. I visited Let's Talk Fish a minute walk from the venue for a few drinks. I really enjoyed the stay.
Disappointing aspect was not very clean bathroom.

This hotel was exceptional value as opposed to other options. The property was good little and perfect, with very attentive staff. The location of the hotel was particularly good and absolutely perfect, near to metro station.

The proximity to the airport. The airport shuttle service was a lifesaver, ensuring I made my flight without stress. I appreciated that the hotel offered complimentary transfers. The staff were genuinely nice, helping with luggage on the stairs. I faced some issues with my room. Even though I booked a Beautiful Double Room, it wasn't up to par. The interior felt outdated and didn't match the photographs online. The cleanliness also needed attention. I noticed dust in various areas of the room. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. The in-house dining was surprisingly good, with tasty food options. Despite the drawbacks, the location's convenience for a quick airport stay was a major plus, but next time, I might consider looking elsewhere for better room conditions.
